About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician and paint to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform body repairs, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to execute repairs accurately.
  • Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:
  • Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred.
  • Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in auto body work.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols.
  • Mechanic experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
