We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician and paint to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform body repairs, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement.
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to execute repairs accurately.
Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in accordance with dealership standards.
Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:

Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred.
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in auto body work.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols.
Mechanic experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
